There Is No Now

Living in the moment is completely misunderstood.

There is no here.

There is no now.

Even oneness, being one with the universe, is nothing but a dream.

It’s irrelevant.

It doesn’t matter ✨

What about our inner child who just wants to be loved, comforted, seen?

What about our nervous system constantly seeking safety? ✨

Rest.

Just rest ✨

Let the mind think and feel while you rest ✨

And then rest some more ✨

Just let all the movements, ideas and doubts come and go. Let them all be ✨

Let all sensations, sounds and perceptions come and go in your awareness ✨

This is meditation ✨

Don’t judge, cling or push away. Don’t try to understand. Just be, just breathe, just watch life move ✨

That’s when the magic happens ✨

You’ll notice. You’ll see ✨

What doesn’t come and go ✨

Remaining present, total, unchanging, restful and intimately known:

our true essence ✨

Underneath all the layers of thought, concepts, images and conclusions, there’s the unspoken miracle of our being, of life itself ✨

Untouched, complete, full, whole and shining bright ✨

Meditation cuts through all illusions and slices our collective karma into one clear breath,

bringing us back in touch with who we are ✨

A miracle of pure, empty, clear awareness ✨

A total loss of self~importance ✨

Resting in emptiness, without getting lost ✨

Vivid. Alive. Clear ✨

Sinking into the mystery ✨
